The bilateral trade between Germany and Bulgaria was comparatively dynamically from January to November 2013. However, imports from Bulgaria were solely responsiblewith an increase by a fifth to 2.5 billion euros. German exports to Bulgaria amounted to just over 2.4 billion euros, a decrease of two percent. According to figures of the Bulgarian Statistical Office, Germany, Italy, Romania, Greece and France’s were the main trading partner within the EU. These countries take 68 percent of Bulgarian exports to the EU.
